Love that name!

I would suggest that you just scour your local foundation directory
(there should be an Arkansas directory, I assume).  It may take a lot
of work and small-print-reading headaches to filter out some relevent
and useful information.  Funding is out there for arts centers and
such.  It's competitive and may take a little more footwork to get to
it, but it's out there.
