RESADMers--

A friend and colleague who runs a small non-profit educational agency in
Minnesota wants to know (1) what's involved in establishing an indirect
costs recovery rate with HHS and (2) are there any consultants who could
help her with the task?  I stay as far away from IDC issues as
possible--except for collecting the maximum amount, of course--so I can't
help her.  Can anyone?  Please reply to me or the list, your choice; I'll
forward responses to her.
