Thanks, Terri. I have already gone through the users guide once, but I am
still left with questions. When you say you registered only your
organization's authorized official, do you mean that the authorized official
serves in the role of the "Electronic Business Point of Contact" (in the CCR
registration)? Was the same individual named as the "CCR Point of Contact"?
