I am hoping that someone out there has some experience with this and can
offer a suggestion.

Our IACUC has been approached by a community for profit and asked us to
provide protocol review and oversight for a animal use project. Does
anyone out there have experience with this topic?  If so do you have a
standard fee for a protocol review and management for the three year
life of the project?

Do you have a standard contract that you use to document each parties
responsibility?  We want to ensure their agreement to abide by IACUC
recommendations.
