VCU uses the InfoOffice suite of programs from InfoEd. Their version 10
will be out around the beginning of the year. That version has added the
Proposal Development module and an n-tier security system. Proposals
prepared in that module are routed for approval electronically, with the
routing controlled by the security system, which the institution
maintains. This is a broad research administration system, not merely a
routing program.
