Greetings from NDSU!  Quick question...

For NSF GOALI projects, there is a statement that "an industry-university
agreement on intellectual property including publication and patent rights
must be included."  How comprehensive must this agreement be?  If you have
a history of working successfully with a particular corporate partner, can
you show evidence of that arrangement on some type of statement of intent,
or is NSF really looking for a formal agreement?
