Hi, all,

Three entities comprise the organization I work for: the Health System, the
Health Center and the Health Foundation. The Health System is the parent
company of the other two. All are non-profits, and each has its own EIN. We
have a DUN number for the Health Center but not for either of the other
entities. We sometimes submit grant applications with the Health Foundation
as the applicant organization (when the project is specifically a community
health initiative and especially when it requires a community coalition in
which other organizations are partners).

Does the Health Foundation need a DUN number, or can we use the DUN number
of the Health Center and still indicate the Foundation as the applicant
organization?
