Hi Eleanor,
At the University of Connecticut Health Center, our Assoc. V.P. for Res. Admin, Interim Director, 2 Project Officers and myself have access to submit the proposal. And all of the above except for myself have authority to go into the Authorized Organizational Rep. (AOR) section of Fastlane to sign off on each proposal.

Hi:
At your institution, how many people in the Research Office have access
to submit proposals to NSF officially? We have one at the Health
Sciences Campus and one at the Main Campus.
Thank you,
Eleanor
