Hi Everyone-

I'm working on our F&A rate proposal (short form), and I have a quick question.  I can't include depreciation on capital equipment purchased with federal grant funds, but do I need to include the total purchase price of that equipment as a research expense?  I just want to be sure I'm thinking about this the right way.
