ARO e-submissions Jennifer Donais 08 Oct 2003 12:59 EST

Hello All. We are submitting a Young Investigators Program proposal to ARO today.
I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed that ARO has changed their requirements.
They used to want the hard copy Form 51, but now say all the signed forms should be
scanned & submitted as .pdf. Further, it looks like the email address for
submission is slightly different (xxxxxx@aro.army.mil vs. xxxxxx@arl.aro.army.mil).

Finally, for YIP in particular, we have to send hard copy of the department head's
support letter, but the only address I could find in the BAA is a PO box (and listed
as where you should write for a waiver of the e-submit requirement, not as the
address for receipt of proposal materials). Is anyone else finding this a bit
confusing?

I've emailed ARO for a street address (vs. PO box) to send the dept head's letter,
but not received an answer as of yet. Does anyone have a current street address?

Thanks!
-jen
