Does anyone know anything about this electronic proposal submission system
(healthproposal.net) that's supposed to be approved for submitting NIH
grants?

They are e-mailing my faculty directly advertising their services for new
proposals for the October 1 deadline; but the NIH Commons folks don't seem
to know anything about it!
