Arkansas Children's Hospital Research Institute (ACHRI) is recruiting for a

Regulatory Compliance Specialist:

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for the administration,
auditing, and facilitation of the regulatory compliance and research
integrity (ethics) assurance efforts associated with the research enterprise
of the institution.  He/she will serve as a resource/advisor/educator to
ACHRI, individual investigators, the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences
(UAMS) Institutional Review Board (IRB), and research staff.  Primary
emphasis for this position is on the day to day management and overall
coordination of the regulatory compliance environment of the institution
with primary concern for compliance with the federal and state laws, rules
and regulations governing human subject research, the rules of the UAMS IRB,
and research integrity (ethics) assurance.

Requirements: Applicant must be a registered nurse or have a bachelor's
degree in a health-related field.  Three to five years experience in
regulatory or legal environment is desirable.
 Salary is commensurate with experience.
