We are interested in finding out what types of policies other institutions
have governing the acceptance of clinical trial enrollment incentives.  Do
you accept them if they are tied to the increased costs of rapid enrollment,
decline them if they are simply bonus payments, take them either way,
decline them either way?  If any of you have policies that you are willing
to share we would certainly appreciate it.
