If I recall correctly there was some discussion on this list a while back
about the $1,000.00 processing fee being charged to expedite a foreign
national's application for a work visa.  If someone has those messages could
you forward them to me, I seem to have lost them.
Also if anyone has any new thoughts on the allowability of these charges on
federally sponsored projects, your input is welcome.
