I was wondering if you (and Marcia) might be interested in providing
critical feedback on the draft workplan that I have attached.  I have
sought other opinions and would appreciate your views.

I WILL be calling Marcia re web and teleconference, assuming I don't
get blind-sided for another week or so (will pabably call on Monday
or Tuesday before heading off to the Stones concert ... at my age it
will take at least a full day to recover ... my story anyway).
