Susan:

It depends upon the industry that you're in.  You could be a $100
Million business and still be small if you make jet engines.  At the
same time, a $1 million landscape company might be considered Large.
 SIC codes used to tell us what industry you were in.  That coupled with
the total sales per year would indicate what size you were.  The SBA
should be able to advise on this.  If not them, try Commerce.
