The University of Central Arkansas is a mid-sized university with
408 full-time faculty.  We have an extremely limited budget and we
are looking for an alternative to the high cost of a proposal tracking
system.  We have investigated such vendors as People Soft and
InfoEd and we are currently discussing the possibility of
contracting with our Computer Science Department to develop an
in-house system.  We would be interested to hear of any solutions
other universities have found for this dilemma.
