I am wondering what guidelines and/or policies are in place at your
institutions to address the following situations:

1) The sponsor requires cost sharing, but no dollar amount or percentage is
specified; or
2) The RFP states that the more cost sharing you offer, the better your
chances of being funded.

I am hoping to develop something in writing that will guide our
investigators in preparing their budgets, and will help us keep our cost
sharing commitments to a minimum.
