Dear Colleagues:

I am currently reviewing a Challenge Fund Agreement from Daimler
Chrysler.  This agreement does not seem to be University friendly and
the DC business contact has stated that it is non-negotiable. I would
like to speak with and/or hear from anyone who has previously dealt with
this agreement.
