Carolyn, As you may know, as you're across the street, we have a multi-flavored system. For the Sponsored Programs office, we require disclosure as part of our Routing Sheet, and we don't sign off on the application without it being filled out and signed. That reporting is referenced to the federal regs. Disclosure is required for annual and continuing review. Disclosure is necessarily 100%. We also have an institutional, annual reporting for all faculty, which is more stringent than that required by the federal regs, and which winds up in the President's office/COI committee for review. I don't have the figures on that, but have requested them, and my general understanding is it's close to 100%.
