Pretty close to 100%. Our proposal internal coordination sheet incorporates
a seven-question conflict of interest disclosure form so it is 100% on
proposals issued through this office. When we receive awards from, shall we
say, "independent" proposals, the disclosure form must be signed and all
approvals which we would have obtained at the preproposal stage must be in
hand before we will set up the award. We also require a non-disclosure form
signed by the PI for any subcontract issued through this office regarding
any COI between the PI and the subcontractor.
