I have been asked by institutional officials here to conduct a survey
of other schools with regard to the rate of return on annual
Conflicts of Interest Disclosure forms.

We are trying to get a sense of whether other institutions have a
success rate similar to ours.

Can anyone share their experiences with rate of return on annual
disclosure surveys?
