We have two PI's who are subcontractor's on NIH project's (both completely
different just happen to come in at the same time) with other University's
and are currently submitting their next year's detailed budget and
workscope to the lead institution's. One PI completed the 3 SNAP questions,
the other didn't (both NIH awards are subject to SNAP). How many of you
would require the SNAP questions as the subcontractor? I would think the PI
at the lead institution would need them to accurately answer the questions
himself but who knows.

Any input would be greatly appreciated, were just trying to find out what
other institution's are doing.
