I set up a Excel spreadsheet available to the PI's when creating their budgets.  It mimics the PHS 398 budget, calculates overhead and projects out 5 years with an inflationary increase.

Even though the modular grant system does not require a detailed budget, we require one of all submissions, as it allows the PI to plan the budget in a format they are used to.
