Hi Debra,
I call the Dept of Ed and asked the question and was told it has to do with
financial aid. I contacted the school's financial aid office and have not
heard back. I ended up submitting the application without the FICE code (I
believe it was not a required) and to date I have not heard back that this
omission would delay the proposal.
Let me know if you find out more than I have.

We are in the process of submitting an application to the U.S. Army. The
proposal asks for a Federal Interagency Committee on Education (FICE) Code.
Can anyone provide some guidance on how I might go about determing whether
or not this is applicable to us and, if it is, how we would apply for it?
