I am wondering what policies OSR's have regarding reviewer's comments on
proposals.  I understand that comments are available to only the PI related
to individual research and I am sensitive and understanding of those
reasons.  However, what policy do you have related to reviewer's comments on
program proposals including CCLI, MRI, RUI's etc.  Thank you
