Re: F & A distributions William Campbell 13 Feb 2003 15:43 EST

Betty and RESADMers, the University of Wisconsin-River Falls holds 75% of IDC's centrally to fund part of the grants office and part of the grants accountant. The remaining 25% goes to the college where the proposal originated; deans can use it as they like. Usually, deans wash that money through to the department or PI, but occasionally they'll use it to fund some grant-related activity.

Dear Friends:

I know that we've asked this over time, but folks change their distributions
from time to time, and an update would be most appreciated.

Could folks please provide the following information:

1) Does your institution distribute the F&A recoveries?
2) What is your institution's formula for distribution? (e.g. - PI, Dept,
Dean, etc.)

I'd be happy to post the information received to the list.

THANKS in advance
