Anyone out there who has and will share a summary of the research
administration matters surrounding animals and IACUC?  e.g., different
sponsor's timing of IACUC review in relation to proposal or award, sponsors
who require (and those who don't) that the prime review the sub's protocol,
who requires proposal review as well as protocol, etc. Not the underlying
IACUC procedures.
