For those of you that are not yet aware, NCURA's fourth conference on
financial research administration --- FRA IV will take place on February
16-18, 2003, in New Orleans. The FRA conference has become an integral
professional offering and networking opportunity for those of us involved in
post-award, departmental, pre-award and compliance functions at our
universities, agencies and organizations.  This year's conference will have
5 session tracks (compliance, costing, departmental administration,
transactional and hot topics), and will offer primer sessions and discussion
groups throughout the day.  In addition, we are very pleased to offer five
dynamite pre-conference workshops - there is something there for everyone!!

The cut-off date for reservations at the host hotel, Sheraton New Orleans,
is January 23, 2003. Our overflow hotel, New Orleans Grande Hotel (formerly
Le Meridien New Orleans) is located one block from the host hotel and has
availability for all nights. The phone number for reservations is

12, 2003.
