I have been trying to collect grants-related cartoons over the years, but I
don't think I have either of these.
I have used them as overhead projections at proposal-writing workshops.

Say, there's a terrific cartoon I would like to know if anyone has, it
shows two very serious faculty having coffee. One says, "What you need is
a grant to free up some time so you can write a really first-rate grant
proposal."
Another favorite I do have shows three serious people meeting at a
conference table. Two are leaning forward, and the other says, "What I'm
proposing is this. No."
