This question is for hospital-based grant administrators --

Have any of you ever heard of Hospital Financial Service Corporation? They
are promoting a "Cash Grant Award" program for health care facilities who
can demonstrate energy efficiency improvements, but it is difficult to judge
whether or not the program is a bona fide grant funding opportunity or a
consultant's fishing expedition. Have any of you ever applied for (or
received) a grant from this organization? Their grant programs are described
on a website at www.HospitalFinancial.com. Maybe it's just my suspicious
nature, but they lack of detailed information about previous awardees and
the "subjective evaluations of energy efficiency" as a basis for award
decisions makes me skeptical.
