Hello all:

This question is posed to all who review and negotiate contract budgets for
industry-sponsored clinical research studies.  We are trying to standardize
budget development practices.  We are particularly interested in finding a
way to come up with an hourly rate for  research coordinators that will take
into account all of the activity that is engendered in running a clinical
research study?   We are looking at the Coordinator Cost Calculator that was
presented in the 5/02 issue of The Research Roundtable and wanted to know if
anyone has used it; if yes, do you develop one for each clinical research
coordinator on an annual basis, or do you modify the tool for each clinical
research study?
