I am interested in looking at Agreements between Foundations that are
responsible for technology transfer to the private sector for their
Universities.
If you are willing to share, I'd like to review a sampling of Agreements
between a University and its' research foundation.  I am interested in the
types of articles and the manner in which a Research Foundation transfers
technology to the private sector when the intellectual property was
developed by the University.  For instance, how is royalty-sharing between
the Foundation and the University determined.  Does the University pay for
the patent or does the IP go to the Foundation and then the Foundation pays
for the patent.

Any assistance/examples provided would be appreciated.  Please respond to
