Do any of your institutions include a clause regarding the HIPAA Privacy
Rule in your Memorandum of Agreement between Participants in a Consortium
Agreement?  At my institution we are reviewing both language and placement
within the agreement.  We were thinking about placing a HIPAA clause along
within the Other Administrative Considerations Article, next to our clause
on Technical Data.  You thoughts on language to include in the clause and
other feedback is greatly appreciated.
