We always just put in some non specific language about "court of competent
jurisdiction" which usually satisfies sponsors.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Schering Educational Grants
If you're with a state institution and have recently signed a Schering
Educational Grant Agreement, please let me know how you handled the
indemnification and New Jersey law sections. (They tell me, of course, that
they have not had any problems with any other institution anywhere in the
Country!)
Schering tells me we can't change those sections . . . which means, of
course, we can't do the deal . . . all this and they call it a "gift"!!
Thanks!
Debbie Smith
