We have a pending award from EPA.  Before we can receive it we must submit a
Quality Management Plan for assuring that data or information collected are
of the needed and expected quality for their desired use.  We have had
projects in the past  where the PI had to submit a Quality Assurance Plan
that was specific to the research project, but this plan is for an overall
quality management plan not specific to a project.

What is the experience of other universities in meeting this requirement?
