Hi All,

I should know the answer to this but....

We have a grant with terms that we must return any unspent funds at the
end of the project.  Under such terms, can we issue a fixed price
subcontract to another organization or does the the subcontract need to be
a cost reimbursement subcontract?  (The PI wants to do a fixed price
subcontract for ease in billing/payment.)
