Proposal Development Specialist/Grant Writer

UNLV invites applications from individuals with experience in successful
proposal development and an interest in supporting academic and research
goals at a large urban university. Although the disciplinary area of the
successful candidate is open, a broad knowledge of funding agencies and
their programs is essential. The successful candidate will work with
faculty, staff and administrative teams from across the campus to develop
large proposals for research, education and infrastructure development. A
demonstrated ability to work with individuals and groups, as well as
excellent communications skills will be needed to successfully perform in
this role. Past experience in interdisciplinary collaborative proposal
development and response to funding opportunities for interdisciplinary
research are beneficial. The salary is commensurate with qualifications
and experience; the position is contingent upon funding.
