After internal routing obtains the approvals of chair, dean, vp, and
sponsored programs, and the PI says okay, anyone of three individuals in
sponsored programs are authorized to submit.

How does your institution handle the Electronic Signature release to NSF
Fastlane?

Did you register "authorized organizational representative" and that
individual actually signs in to Fastlane and does the final check and
release and their name and title appears on the signature line.

or does a designated individual in your SRO office, using as their
authority the signature checklist of approvals, including the authorized
organizational representative, do the final check and release - and
their name and title appears on the signature line.

 or some other way?
