I've been asked to prepare a Memo of Understanding between our university
and a faculty member concerning
some intellectual property/copyrights on grant-developed materials. Does
anyone know of a website where I can
download "generic" agreements/forms/whatever that can be used as models?
This is new turf for me. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
