Our Institution has been unable to negotiate with the American Heart Association regarding their standard
Patent Policy.    The main issue that we have with AMA's policy is their retention of title to potential
inventions or intellectual property.  To this point, we haven't had any problems accepting the American
Cancer Society's standard language.
