Good Morning.

This is a query for those institutions that have a separate 501(c)(3)
foundation.  Does your foundation have a formal routing process or
routing document (separate from what you use in the sponsored programs
office) that it uses when working with faculty or university units to
secure grants from private foundations and corporations?  If so, would
you please share a copy with me or point me to the place on your
university website where I can find it?
