OMB Circulars Website Chaffins, Gary 05 Jul 2002 18:57 EST

For those of you who haven't looked at it lately, the OMB Website at
http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/circulars/index.html has a new look. If you
go to the Circulars to get an up-to-date copy of A-21 for example, you will
note that the left 1/3rd of the page is for OMB site info. If you print
A-21 or presumably any of the other Circulars, you will add about 15% to
your page total in blank space because of that margin.

I sent a note to OMB at http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/index.html which gives
us an opportunity to report wasteful programs, it's located on their site
with the title "The Wastebasket Finding and Fixing Wasteful Programs" if
you click on the wastebasket you will get the opportunity to report their
"enhancement" if anyone else cares to do the same. Maybe with enough input
they will be able to chalk up another fix!
