Good Morning,

 We don't deal with program income very often but do have a procedure for
handling program income funds based on the requirements of OMB A-110,
Section 24. All of my program income situations to-date have involved grants
or cooperative agreements. Today I learned of a program income generating
situation involving a federal contract and am not quite sure how to proceed.
I can't find a reference to program income in FAR and there is nothing in
the contract addressing program income.

 My inclination is to handle this in the same manner as we do the grants and
we monitor those funds closely. We will bring this up with the Contracting
Officer but I have a feeling they will be in new territory too. Any
suggestions?
