We have historically used our off-site rate, but we are re-thinking it
currently.

What indirect cost rate do you use for faculty members with VA appointments
running their programs out of the Veterans Administration next door? Do you
use on campus or off campus rate - EVEN THOUGH the UNIVERSITY is NOT paying
rent and the University does not own any of the facilitates?
