Our office employs the services of four Graduate Assistants.
They assist with data entry in our efforts to track proposal
submissions and awards, newsletter preparation, Web page
maintenance, sponsor searches, compliance & internal
grants committee support and general office duties.

When they're good they're great, and when they're not....  Our
preference would be to not invest so much training time in two
year appointments.
