I am trying to submit a pre-proposal for the Clinical Translational Research
Awards for the Breast Cancer Research Program of the Department of Defense.
Federal Express is requiring an actual recipient name, rather the generic
"Commander, U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command" provided in the
application guidelines.  They will not delivery the proposal without a name.

I have not been able to locate one on their homepage and have not heard back
from them.

Can anyone give me a name or where I can find one?
