-Good Morning All,
 I had a meeting with a Lilly Pharm. rep yesterday afternoon who stated
they needed a contract with our affiliated hospital as well as a clinical
trial agreement with our Institution.  I questioned the need for a separate
contract and was told that Lilly is now wanting contracts with affiliated
hospitals to assure access to medical records they may need 15 years down
the road.  Has anyone else encountered this request and how have you handled
it?
