Abstracts of selected posters will be published in the > annual meeting book and the Proceedings. Posters will be prominently > displayed. Authors will present abstracts and posters during official > posters/papers sessions. This year, presented abstracts/posters will be > judged with contributed papers by a panel of distinguished peer reviewers > for a 2002 Annual Meeting Best Abstract/Poster Award. > > Share your ideas and experiences with colleagues. Have your submission > shaped this year as an official SRA Annual Meeting publication adding to > the society's body of knowledge, expertise and professional experience. > Displayed during the meeting days, your poster will have excellent > exposure at the meeting, which will be attended by more than 1,500 of your > colleagues. Posters may be on a wide variety of topics related to > research administration. However, all submissions must be geared toward > presenting academic or professional topics of merit. Directions for > submissions are as follows: > > Notices of Intent: All potential authors-presenters must submit a Notice > of Intent to either of the Poster Co-Chairs below. Notices of intent can > be submitted as emails or faxes. All notices of intent must include your > name, address, phone, fax, e-mail, title and preliminary abstract for your > poster. There is no formal template for notice of intent submission. The > Co-Chairs will contact those proposing submissions to ensure continuity > with the goals of the program as well as to assist with clarifications as > needed. All Notices of Intent must be received by the Poster Co-Chairs NLT > Friday, 19 July 2002. > > Abstracts: Those who submitted Notices of Intent will be sent by the > Co-Chairs an MS Word template for the submission of the full abstract. > Abstract paragraphs are limited to 250-300 words and must be submitted in > MS Word for Windows or MacOS. Abstracts will be published in the annual > meeting program and in the Peer Review Proceedings Book. Final versions of > abstracts must be received via email by the Poster Co-Chairs NLT Thursday, > 01 August 2002. > > Displays: Authors will display their posters during the Monday through > Wednesday of the annual meeting.
