I am looking for anyone who has had success in negotiating research
agreements with Westinghouse Electric LLC, or more specifically, its
Westinghouse Nuclear Fuels Division.  In past and current attempts to
work with them, they have offered a purchase order accompanied by terms
and conditions titled "Consulting Agreement - Purchasing-213-A
1010199."  I would like to talk with anyone who has negotiated
successfully in removing the worst terms such as warranty,
indemnification, work for hire, etc.
